RUSATUS ART - TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment- Payment is only accepted through PayPal in USD. You will be provided with a Paypal.me link or an invoice to send payment to once the commission is discussed and agreed upon.- The commission will be started after payment is received.
In some cases, the sketch/collaboration phase may come before payment.- Partial payments may be accepted at the artist's discretion for larger commissions.- Payment can be refunded to the commissioner as long as no work has been started.- Partial refunds may be granted after the sketch phase; this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.- No refunds will be sent after the work is completed.- Small edits may be made with additional charge after completion at the artist's discretion.Communication- The artist will communicate via the platform the commissioner indicates in the commission form, which is preferably through Twitter or Telegram.- Amount of communication regarding the work process varies depending on commission type. Larger commissions will come with WIP updates.- The artist can work off a description if the commissioner does not have any reference images.- Generally, commissions are completed within two to six weeks from payment. The artist will communicate otherwise if necessary. Progress may be tracked on the Rusatus Art Trello board.Subject Matter- This artist will not draw NSFW for any commission work.- Suggestive work is dealt with on a case by case basis, only for commissioners 18+.- This artist is best at feral and anthropomorphic (furry) animal art.- This artist will not draw humans or human characters.- This artist will not draw complicated machinery, weapons, automobiles, etc.Copyrights and Permissions- The artwork produced cannot be bought or sold for cryptocurrency or NFTs.- The artist retains full rights to the artwork produced.- If artwork is to be reposted, credit the artist.- The artwork cannot be resold as merch.- Do not crop or remove the watermark, if one is present on the artwork.- The commission will be uploaded in full resolution via sta.sh, Telegram, or email. This is the link the commissioner will receive access to.- The artist will upload commissions on several platforms for public viewing (Twitter, Telegram, Tumblr) unless otherwise clarified by the commissioner.- The artist retains the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason, including but not limited to: offensive subject matter, violation of terms and services, or indecency. You will be refunded should these terms be violated after payment.Current as of March 2024.
